As a Kitchen Assistant in our school, each day you will help to prepare and serve meals and snacks for our children.  Working under the direction of a Cook, you will make sure our kitchen is clean and ready for busy break and lunchtimes.

The working hours are 11.00am – 13:30pm Monday to Friday during the school term.  An additional 12.5 hours are worked over four days per year in the school holidays, to help carry out deep cleans of our kitchen areas.  Your actual salary is £6,457.66 per annum, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month.
